Overall Responsibility

Prevent unauthorized access to stage and hospitality areas in a polite but firm manner.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Prevent unauthorized access to the backstage area.
• Prevent unauthorized access to hospitality areas.
• Remove unauthorized guests from hospitality areas.
• Provide directions and festival information to artists and guests.
• Relay comments and complaints to the volunteer coordinator in a timely fashion.
