 The Linton Public Library will be hosting their 3rd annual Young Artists Showcase at the Linton Music Festival. The Showcase is open to all young artists ages 18 and under. Judges will award prizes in several categories and all works of art will be displayed for your viewing enjoyment!TEEN ART CONTEST Ages 13 – 19 Contest Rules: 1 entry per person per category, One 1st and 2nd place prize awarded per category. Entries must be received at Linton Public Library No later than 5:00pm, Friday, August 28th All entries must have a label with name, age, phone number and title of art placed on back only. All art and/or photographs must be framed with picture wire or someway to hang. All pieces must have been created within last 12 months. All winning entries will be displayed at the Library for 3 weeks after contest. CATEGORIES FOR DISPLAY AND CONTEST INCLUDE: * All forms of photography * Paintings (watercolor, acrylic, oil, etc.) * Sketches (pencil, charcoal, chalk, etc.) * Pottery and sculpture (small and medium size) ART DISPLAY: 20 AND OLDER Limit 3 display pieces per person Entry forms available at www.lintonpl.lib.in.us For more information contact Shelly Puckett 847-7802 |

Kids will love the Play Area featuring 5 inflateable interactives for jumping enjoyment! Children must be supervised at all times by an adult. Children over 54" tall will not be permitted in the play area. Shoes are not permitted on the jumping attractions. LMF is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or excessive fun.
